ECAP raised equity capital for construction of Converted Organics' Woodbridge, New Jersey facility, structured the financing, and put the management team and partners together. ECAP continues to help manage the development effort in Rhode Island, and is working with Converted Organics to identify additional manufacturing facility sites in the United States and around the world.
