The National Brownfield Association (NBA) is the premier national association dedicated to supporting brownfield professionals.
Through national and regional conferences, information resources, and educational events, the NBA provides a forum through which its members can exchange ideas. The NBA’s strength lies in its large membership, which includes thousands of leading stakeholders in brownfield redevelopment, from federal and state regulatory officials, trade associations, and advocacy groups to private developers, insurers, and financial institutions. ECAP president William Gildea served as secretary/treasurer of the NBA from its inception in June, 1999 until March, 2003, and continues to be actively involved in the development of this vibrant and important organization.
